About the trainings
This training is designed for those who feel called to facilitate healing through sound. Sophie is both an artist, yoga teacher, published artist and producer. She creates sound experiences in festivals, events and in studio. You will learn to use instruments in a holistic ambient setting with lots of support and guidance.
We offer two trainings, one a 1 day training to get grips with the singing bowls and find your inner resonance, the second is a three day course including working with gong, sound and practical guidance, you will move beyond simply playing instruments and into the art of becoming a Sacred Sound Healing Practitioner — blending technical competence with the ability to hold grounded, compassionate space.
This is practical, embodied training rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern understanding.

For those seeking a deeper and more comprehensive training experience. The Full Sound Healing Practitioner Course provides an immersive introduction to a wide range of therapeutic instruments and sound healing techniques.
Suitable for beginners, this accredited training is designed for those wishing to confidently facilitate sound baths, develop their understanding of therapeutic sound and build a strong foundation as a sound healing practitioner.

Instruments Explored:
This course includes crystal singing bowls, Tibetan Himalayan bowls, suspended and handheld gongs, drums, ocean drum, rain sticks, Koshi chimes, mantra and the shruti box, providing a broad and practical understanding of how different instruments can be combined to create powerful and immersive sound experiences.
