20 Hr Children's Yoga Training

Our course is split into 2 days to give you the option of teaching children in either Primary, Secondary or both.

AUTUMN 2026

Module 1, Day 1 & 2

Nov 14th: 11:00 - 16:00

Nov 28th: 11:00 - 16:00

WINTER 2027

Module 1 Day 1 & 2

Jan 16th: 11:00 - 16:00

&

Feb 20th 11:00 - 16:00

On completion of a module you will have the skills, knowledge and resources to teach children's yoga for that age group.  Our teaching is grounded with practical advice for helping children connect to themselves in todays world.

Online Intro Work Prior to Class
For Go Yoga Professionals Accreditation you will also be asked to attend
1x1 hour  zoom calls and submit your teaching practise.
Possible to apply this to Primary or Secondary
 
For certification please submit and complete your practicals.

Sophie Bickerdike is Founder and teacher of Go Yoga, and has been teaching yoga for over 13 years.  She is Principal of Go Yoga Training School,  a Senior Yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance and a Yoga Elder with the IYN and Yoga Alliance International.

Sophie also brings her experience as a qualified Secondary School teacher and actress  into  the Children's Yoga training course.
